Nancy Miller, 46, of Jacksonville, formerly of Omaha, Nebraska, passed away on January 22, 2009, at home. She was the beloved wife of Pastor Arthur Miller and served faithfully as the First Lady of Ark of The Covenant Ministries.
Her warm spirit, dedication to the church, and love for her family left an indelible mark on all who knew her. She was a pillar of strength, grace, and faith throughout her life and ministry alongside Pastor Miller.
Obituary
Nancy Miller, 46, of Jacksonville, formerly of Omaha, Neb., died Jan. 22, 2009, at home. A funeral was held at noon Saturday, Jan. 31, 2009, at Saunders Funeral Home in Jacksonville.
Survivors include husband, Arthur Miller of Jacksonville; son, Tyrone; daughter, Rachel Miller of Jacksonville; sisters, Ricki Leonard of Washington, D.C., and Paula Hayes of Omaha, Neb.; and brothers, Johnathan Hayes, Bruce Hayes and Tyrone Hayes, all of Omaha, Neb.
Legacy
First Lady Nancy Miller served alongside Pastor Miller during the founding years of Ark of The Covenant Ministries. Her contributions to the church and community were immeasurable, and her legacy continues to inspire the ministry today.
Though she is no longer with us physically, her spirit and influence remain in the hearts of the congregation and in the ongoing work of the ministry. We remember her dedication, her faith, and her love for God's people.
